All returns should be previously discussed and agreed upon with us.

In case of default item, please contact us within 30 days of the received date.

We will ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item, for technician to determine the fault of the product.

We offer a repair for a faulty or damaged item.

In case of change of buyer's mind, we will refund only after we receive the item to our location deducting round shipping charges, extra charge caused by import custom clearance which we have to pay when receiving the returned item, and reduction if there are any damages in returned product.

All the returning items for a refund must be unopened and in new condition, in their original boxes including all components and the packing material.
